Saif Ali Rastgar, Chief Executive Officer

A visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in finance, manufacturing technology, operations, and human resource management. As CEO and Chairman of Rastgar Engineering Company Pvt Ltd., he has led Pakistan’s largest automotive parts exporter, expanding to over 50 countries with a workforce of 500+. He also serves as a Lead Trainer for ISO/TS16949, ISO9000, ISO14000, and OHSAS 18000. A dedicated philanthropist, he co-founded the Rastgar Foundation, benefiting over 48,000 individuals in education and healthcare. At Eagle AI Technologies, he leverages his expertise to drive AI innovation and business success in the Canadian market.

Qasim Ali Rastgar, Chief Operating Officer

A results-driven leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and business management. Since joining Rastgar Engineering Company Pvt Ltd. in 1996, he has advanced through key roles, gaining technical expertise in machining, assembly, and foundry plant management in Germany. His leadership enabled Pakistan’s first fully automated high-pressure molding line, positioning Rastgar as a strategic partner for the Japanese automotive industry. A committed philanthropist, he co-founded the Rastgar Foundation, supporting education and healthcare for 48,000+ children. As COO of EagleAI Technologies, he works alongside the CEO to drive innovation, implement policies, and expand operations in Canada.

A seasoned financial expert with over 17 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, fund management, and strategic budgeting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Karachi and a BSc (Hons.) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. A qualified ACCA and Certified Accounting Technician, he began his career at Ernst & Young, where he quickly rose to Senior Auditor, working with major clients like Suzuki Motorcycles Pakistan and Pakistan International Airlines. He later served as an Audit Manager in Bahrain and a Financial Controller at National Hotel Services Company. As CFO of EagleAI Technologies, he leverages his extensive financial expertise to drive business growth, strengthen financial strategies, and establish a competitive edge in the Canadian market.
